However, if you change your mind, here are the terms for returning your items.<\/p><h2>1. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Items)<\/h2><p>In accordance with current legislation, you have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.<\/p><h2>2. Important Exception: Personalized Products<\/h2><p>In accordance with consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU directives), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods made to the consumer&#8217;s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p><p><strong>As a result:<\/strong> All items that have been personalized (engraving, specific printing, custom-made, choice of personal text\/photo) are <strong>non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part.<\/p><h2>3. Return Conditions<\/h2><p>For a return of standard articles to be accepted, products must:<\/p><p>\u2022 Be returned in their <strong>original condition<\/strong> (new, unworn, unwashed).<br \/>\u2022 Be in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong> with all tags attached.<br \/>\u2022 Be accompanied by the invoice or order number.<\/p><h2>4. Return Procedure<\/h2><p>1. Send an email to <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@racingwithelegance.com\">contact@racingwithelegance.com<\/a><\/strong> with your order number.<br \/>2. Once approved, ship the package to the following address: <strong>Racing With Ellegance SRL, Rue du Drape, 7 1421 Ophain, Belgium<\/strong>.<br \/>3. <strong>Shipping Costs:<\/strong> Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order.<\/p><h2>5. Refunds<\/h2><p>Once your return has been received and inspected by our team:<br \/>\u2022 If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within <strong>[7 to 14]<\/strong> days.<br \/>\u2022 Initial shipping costs are refunded (standard rate), but return shipping costs are at your expense.<\/p><h2>6.
