Right of Withdrawal (Standard Items)<\/h2><p>In accordance with current legislation, you have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.<\/p><h2>2. Important Exception: Personalized Products<\/h2><p>In accordance with consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU directives), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods made to the consumer&#8217;s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p><p><strong>As a result:<\/strong> All items that have been personalized (engraving, specific printing, custom-made, choice of personal text\/photo) are <strong>non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part.<\/p><h2>3. Return Conditions<\/h2><p>For a return of standard articles to be accepted, products must:<\/p><p>\u2022 Be returned in their <strong>original condition<\/strong> (new, unworn, unwashed).<br \/>\u2022 Be in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong> with all tags attached.<br \/>\u2022 Be accompanied by the invoice or order number.<\/p><h2>4.
