Excepci\u00f3n Importante: Productos Personalizados<\/h2><p>De conformidad con la ley (Art\u00edculo L221-28 del C\u00f3digo del Consumidor y directivas europeas), el derecho de desistimiento no podr\u00e1 ejercerse en contratos de suministro de bienes confeccionados conforme a las especificaciones del consumidor o claramente personalizados.<\/p><p><strong>En consecuencia:<\/strong> Todos los art\u00edculos que hayan sido objeto de una personalizaci\u00f3n (grabado, impresi\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, fabricaci\u00f3n a medida, elecci\u00f3n de texto o foto personal) <strong>no se pueden devolver, cambiar ni reembolsar<\/strong>, salvo en caso de defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n demostrado o error por nuestra parte.<\/p><h2>3. Condiciones de Devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2><p>Para que se acepte la devoluci\u00f3n de productos est\u00e1ndar, estos deben:<\/p><p>\u2022 Estar en su <strong>estado original<\/strong> (nuevos, sin usar, sin lavar).<br \/>\u2022 Estar en su <strong>embalaje original<\/strong> con todas las etiquetas.<br \/>\u2022 Ir acompa\u00f1ados de la factura o el n\u00famero de pedido.<\/p><h2>4.
