Herroepingsrecht (Standaard artikelen)<\/h2><p>Conform de geldende wetgeving heeft u een termijn van <strong>14 kalenderdagen<\/strong> na ontvangst van uw pakket om uw herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, zonder opgave van redenen.<\/p><h2>2. Belangrijke uitzondering: Gepersonaliseerde producten<\/h2><p>Conform de wettelijke bepalingen (artikel L221-28 van de Franse consumentenwet en Europese richtlijnen) kan het herroepingsrecht niet worden uitgeoefend voor de levering van goederen die volgens specificaties van de consument zijn vervaardigd of die duidelijk gepersonaliseerd zijn.<\/p><p><strong>Gevolg:<\/strong> Alle artikelen die gepersonaliseerd zijn (gravering, specifieke bedrukking, maatwerk, keuze van persoonlijke tekst\/foto) worden <strong>niet teruggenomen, geruild of terugbetaald<\/strong>, behalve in het geval van een bewezen fabricagefout of een fout onzerzijds.<\/p><h2>3. Retourvoorwaarden<\/h2><p>Om een retourzending van standaardartikelen te accepteren, moeten de producten:<\/p><p>\u2022 In hun <strong>originele staat<\/strong> verkeren (nieuw, ongedragen, ongewassen).<br \/>\u2022 In de <strong>originele verpakking<\/strong> zitten met alle labels.<br \/>\u2022 Vergezeld gaan van de factuur of het bestelnummer.<\/p><h2>4.
