Returns and Refunds Policy

At Racing With Elegance we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, here are the terms for returning your items.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Items)

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

2. Important Exception: Personalized Products

In accordance with consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and EU directives), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As a result: All items that have been personalized (engraving, specific printing, custom-made, choice of personal text/photo) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Return Conditions

For a return of standard articles to be accepted, products must:

• Be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed).
• Be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Be accompanied by the invoice or order number.

4. Return Procedure

1. Send an email to contact@racingwithelegance.com with your order number.
2. Once approved, ship the package to the following address: Racing With Ellegance SRL, Rue du Drape, 7 1421 Ophain, Belgium.
3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order.
